IENice little homestay in a great location in Hoi An. For the money paid it is great value! Friendly staff and always contactable by WhatsApp Comfortable beds and okay shower A few small things could make this place 10/10 Overall, still a nice stay and would recommend!
The aircon is good, but it is either full blast or not at all, and the room gets stuffy very quickly so you have to pick between being freezing or sweating. No offer of towel change or clean room in 4 days stay. Almost never anyone at reception A drinking water dispenser would be nice

the mattresses were quite hard but it was fine for our short stay
MYGood host. We misplaced our scooter at the night market and he's able to come to our rescue and search for our bike at night. Besides, other transportation services can be further arrange with host at a cheaper price as he has great connection. 👍 👍
GBSuperb location, just 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and river. Lovely big room with a nice bathroom and plenty of hot water in the shower. The owner is just the loveliest person and so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. He organised my My Son trip and my easy rider to Hue for me and both were brilliant. The bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. I got laundry done and it came back quickly and smelling amazing.
This is not a criticism, but the only thing that would have made it perfect for me would have been a kettle in the room.
