Near at the airport with shuttle service pick you up and drop you off off and the staff is very nice with complementary coffee

The driver of shuttle’s at night , he was rude and he just don’t care about our luggage and he expects that we will give him a tip after he just throws my luggage

I never even got a chance to walk in the building and they charged my debit card with out verifying my id to my card , I'm so mad that stuff like this still happens . They shouldn't have been able to charge my account with me not being in front of them then I got lied to when 8 called to get them to lift the hold anut my money back this g8rl told me I would for sure get my money back Monday so I called like instructed to to choice hotels customer relations number and they had no clue why they said that cause they have nothing to do with individual properties that this issue is all on the Clarion inn dfw airport

Nothing there's nothing good I can say and it doesn't look like many people do
