"Comfortable beds, but if I don’t have my ID, I won’t go there ever again"

Comfortable beds

No free breakfast! The employee at night was making it hard for me to check in. I had forgotten my purse at home and he didn’t wanna take my husband’s debit card. That was frustrating so I had to pay cash and I had to pay $100 deposit which they didn’t even go and check my room the next morning it was just a waste of time. He was just making it hard for us. I don’t think I’ll stay there again.

"I will never again go to this hotel"

Location if I really need to state something here.

The staff: They threatened me by calling ICE when I asked about the 6h extension of my stay - even though I was on a business trip with a valid ESTA - really bad behavior.

"Someone needs to tell them to look at there messages"

The shower was good.

Was told there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Tried calling the number on booking.com for the hotel and even messaged them multiple times and no response. I then had to pay 45 for a taxi ride instead. When I got to the room and went for bed I couldn’t sleep all night due to loud creaking noises.

There was no food options with the exception of the grill in the hotel, which was average at best
