De kamer was super mooi. Ontbijt was heel goed. Ligging was ook goed, tussen het winkeldeel en het historisch centrum

In de straat rook het niet fris.

"Temiz, sakin, merkezi ve güvenli bir konaklama"

Personel güler yüzlü ve her konuda bize oldukça yardımcı oldular. Tesis tertemiz ve sessizdi. Odamız çok genişti ve ferahtı. Otelin konum olarak merkezi bir yerde olması Bilbao'yu hem gece hem de gündüz rahatça keşfetmemizi sağladı. Konaklamamızdan oldukça memnun kaldık.

Kahvaltı diğer Sercotel standartlarından biraz daha farklı idi. Daha genişletilebilir ve çeşitlilik artırılabilir. 4 gün boyunca aynı şeyleri yemek oldukça sıkıcı idi. Ancak personelin ilgisi, çalışkanlığı masaların temizliğinde ve azalan malzemelerin hızlıca giderilmesinde gayet tatmin edici idi.
