I like the quietness. The staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't clean their pool

Nice quiet, clean what more could you need?

The first night we stayed the staff lady was super nice and the room was clean.

Our first night there we were basically told we were staying on a floor with truck drivers and to be very quiet because they needed there sleep to avoid being on a floor we were told was not good to be on. We proceed to check in for my daughter’s cheer competition for the weekend. Our friends were staying across the hall when they arrived I was walking out of my room where the phone started to ring which I missed. I was confused thinking we couldn’t have been loud or had any issues being we just checked in then in the room next to our friends a random man came out whose room was on the opposite side of the building telling us that the front desk was calling us because they left their car door opened which freaked us out a little. Later on that evening we had our doors propped open so we could let our daughters come back and fourth from our rooms when my husband was in the lobby the front desk told us we couldn’t do that because there were unsafe people staying at the hotel which then freaked our family out even more. Our 11 year old had a whole anxiety attack over it where we were propping things in front of our door the whole stay. There were also multiple times where we tried to use the pool and the first time there were towels cups and hair all in the pool the next day more hair and spit everywhere which made the pool unenjoyable

Spent the weekend for a cheer competition. Breakfast was a little boring, but we never went hungry. Only had one issue with the cleanliness of the pool but the front desk employee was very helpful and apologetic. Beds are comfortable, rooms and common areas are clean.

Pet area with bags and trash can.

Need more choices for breakfast. Ran out of orange juice and it was never replaced. Need outside seating in pet area.
