Perfect little property to meet our exact needs. This hotel has been updated and is totally cute and the rooms are up to par with any higher end chain hotels. In fact we stayed in a "higher-end" hotel a few nights prior and I would trade this stay over where we stayed for the space in this room, the quiet, the price point and the comfy bed and pillows. Some noise from kids but quickly quieted down by 9pm. This hotel is close to everything and you cannot beat the price especially when other "budget" hotels in the area were 100's dollars more per night due to play-off's. Great lighting, parking and the pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was ready early and check-in and out was a breeze. If you need a hotel close to either the airport a mile away or Tampa airport I highly recommend this hotel even if you need it for multiple nights. We were very surprised at all of the upgrades. It is also close to plenty of food options including ones you can walk to if need be. We would stay here again. Value for price was unmatched anywhere in the area.

I came for a concert in Tampa, but I wanted to be close to the beach as well. This was the perfect location!!! The hotel lobby was very nice and welcoming. I had a large room with a comfy king zise bed. You can not hear a peep of noise!! Complementary breakfast was a plus! I used their pool and gym!! Their staff were all professional and helpful from the desk, cleaning and breakfast employees!!! Above all, the price for the room was perfect!!

Breakfast was a good, hot breakfast and the rooms. were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle picked us up and dropped us off quickly and easily.

The only minor complaint was that if you wanted something to do/eat, you would have to have a car. Not a great area for walking to things, but I knew that going in so it was not an issue. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking to walk to places/restaurants.

The house keeping is top notch here could use bigger pillows but still comfortable.

Have to do a u turn to get back to it.

Went with my daughter to visit colleges in the area. Staff was friendly and made good recommendations for dining nearby. The outdoor area was a great asset and the breakfast was tasty. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
