Roach infested, selfish with the towels and the Hispanic lady at the counter was rude as hell! The black guy on night shift with the dreads lied and said I a customer didn't come down at night with dirty towels for clean towels when he clearly told me he couldn't give me none that the maid come at 1030 or 11am and gave me a small towel only.. this hotel is disgusting and dirty and ghetto

The staff was polite, professional & accommodating. There were plenty of restaurants nearby & easy access to the highway. We had booked 2 rooms- 1st room the lock was broken & the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The 2nd room- the toilet seat was broken & was covered with cigarette burns. The bathroom door had a hole in it, as if someone punched it (it didn’t go all the way through). The bed spread had multiple cigarette burns in it. The other customers were very very loud…slamming doors, walking up & down the hallway screaming “wake up” or just running (loudly) up & down the hallways with their barking dogs.

The stay was not the best. I booked a 4 day stay and had no t television for 2 days with no compensation for it. The front desk attendant an hispanic female is very rude. myself and other guest had problems with how she talked and treated people and will be filing an official complaint. The security guard there was amazing trying to help diffuse the issues with the customers and is extremely overworked even having to tell guest they are past checkout times which is not his job. we decided to extend our stay for another two days but paid with a debit card without a name that we had been using before she refused to accept the reservation until i asked her to call a manger even after the manager said there wasn't a problem for her to accept the reservation she still didn't want to but had no choice to. the only good thing is hey have smoking rooms and the only reason we book there

the front desk clerk and no tv for two days sayin due to a storm but the other hotels had tv and it was just rain no storm and not receiving any discount or compensation refunded
