The staff was incredibly friendly especially the front desk who helped me with a late check-in. My room was spacious, room was clean 👌

Very nice and clean and neatly kept

No king bed had to share a queen and was uncomfortable

The location for us was good.

I had to check out or leave a day early due to impending storms which included tornados, flooding, ect. I left, asked to be checked out, they said they did but found out it was not marked that I left early. The front desk lied saying booking would provide an invoice. My complaint is that someone could have taken that room and caused damage or stayed unauthorized. I didn't asked for a refund, just to check out early. They should have said to me the room would be locked and would be checked out day of departure noting we vacated. Shady front desk staff.

Shower head wasn’t the best

People were friendly! Close to the softball tournament I was going to ! Room was decent

Bathroom very small! Tissue box practically empty! TV stations were lacking regular networks ABC/NBC/CBS Breakfast was sparse could have been a lot better ! No shower gel or wash in rooms !

The location was absolutely perfect for the DREAM church conference. The check-in staff was very welcoming, which was nice after a long drive. My room smelled cleaner than it looked

Although recently renovated, the hotel appeared a little more shabby than I anticipated. There were things like HVAC units and door knobs that seemed like the company had cheaped out on. The refrigerator was so loud that I had to unplug it. There were a couple of stray hairs in the room and bathroom that are always troubling to me. One was on a corner of my bed--I'm hoping it was from staff and not a previous guess. There was a fine layer of dust on everything that made it seem like the room hadn't been really cleaned in a long time. I won't stay at Wingate again unless it's absolutely necessary.

Cozy and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast hit the spot, and slept great!
