Review: Stay at Royal Villa I recently had the opportunity to spend a few nights at the Royal Villa, and while there were some positive aspects to my stay, there were also a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, I must mention the stunning view that greeted me upon arrival. The location of the villa provided a mesmerizing panorama that truly enhanced my experience. It was a treat to wake up each morning and witness the magnificent scenery. However, one aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the price in relation to the quality and conditions of the villa. While the rate was on the higher side, I had expected a higher level of luxury and comfort. In comparison to the price, I found the facilities and amenities to be somewhat lacking. One particular issue that caught my attention was the steepness of the stair inside the villa. Climbing up and down the stairs was quite challenging and could be troublesome, especially for individuals with mobility issues or families with young children. It would certainly benefit from some modifications to ensure the safety and convenience of the guests. Furthermore, I found the kitchenware to be outdated and in need of replacement. Some of the utensils showed signs of wear and tear, and a refresh of the kitchen equipment would be highly appreciated. It is important to have well-maintained and functional kitchenware, especially for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals during their stay. Despite these observations, I must emphasize how the breathtaking view from the villa managed to overshadow these minor inconveniences. The sheer beauty of the surroundings almost made up for the shortcomings in other areas. In conclusion, my stay at the Royal Villa had its ups and downs. While the price seemed high given the quality and conditions, the stunning view undeniably elevated the experience.

The location of the property is excellent The grocery store and mosque are down the road.very quite place The staff are very welcoming especially Faisal and the Yemeni 👦 Breakfast was also decent Car parking available at the property

The WiFi connection was very bad It was fine only for one night out of six The property needs maintenance for doors,toilets To make it up for me, they allowed late check-out And they kept my luggage in the guestroom and granted me access to the room till 11 pm thank you for that

The service was amazing and as promised, and the view i had in my villa is breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and supportive especially Faisal and abu haim. Thank you for such an amazing stay.
