Royal Villa

The breakfast was just OK, no options/variety in the breakfast, the guest will have same items every morning. The Hotel is located little far away from city center in a hill area, which was no easy for us every time want to go out for tour and shopping, most of the taxi drivers don't know the location of the hotel.

1- there is no lobby/ guest reception area in this hotel, guests arriving early will suffer like me. 2-Although the hall and bedrooms in the villa have very good area and space, however bathrooms are very small in size, only (1mX1.5m), washbasin (20cmX25cm) only. 3-the cupboards were very small in size 4- there were no dressing tables and chairs in the rooms 5- there was no telephone in the villa to contact the reception or room service. 6-difficult to order meals after breakfast, since this hotel has no restaurant service in afternoon and evening times. 7-for these reasons decided to move with my family to another hotel. 8- stayed only 3 nights out of 7 9- hotel management refused to make adjustment for only 3 nights of my stay and I had to pay for all 7 nights.

Royal Villa, is one of few memorable places where you can spend so calm and relaxing time, I asked them to have a good room for me before arriving cause we were spending our anniversary, and they kindly give us an amazing room with an amazing view, the team was really helpful and respectful, especially our amazing host called (Mohamed Salah) a very special big thank to him and whole services team.

Nothing I didn't like just to have an amazing stay: You have to have your car to be able to reach the location, and avoid the very late-night returns due to hill tight road.

the breakfast limited need to improve , if you need lunch you have to order no nearby restaurant and you have to go by taxi to supermarket..
