As I was travelling by train the location was ideal. I was able to drop my bag off on arrival and pick it up later on departure. It is a little way out of the city centre but just a short walk via a choice of routes. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast offered a good range of choices including a cooked option. All well presented.

Initially I did not notice the small sign about putting the key in the slot to enable electricity. I have seen this in large hotels but not small guest houses. A larger sign by the kettle would be helpful. Maybe I just need to go to Specsavers.🤣

Friendlyness of staff comfort of room

The hotel was a stone’s throw from the railway station. The property, especially in the dinning room was very quirky in a nice way, very different. The staff very engaging with all guests, especially Kate, she couldn’t do enough for you, very nice lady.

Nothing very nice clean and tidy.

Loved the decor, especially the room downstairs...staff very friendly...couldn't do enough for you. Loved the shuttle bus too to Stonehenge. Breakfast was plentiful, brilliant location for town and train station.
