Sleep Inn Hanes Mall

Had no breakfast, had no room.

I made the reservation on a Thursday for 1 night Friday. Indicated I wanted a 3-5 check-in. Friday morning I got an email stating the room was not available at the times I needed. NOT AVAILABLE!!! I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE NIGHT. With that news I realized my room was not to be even though I paid for it. I sent a couple of emails stating no room...then refund. Well I got none of it. Very Unsatisfied and will not recommend your place to anyone. Staff not very helpful and I got no breakfast!!!! I hope you treat your guests better!!!!

Loation wasnt bad- although my husband and I were only on the property for maybe an hour from pulling into the parking lot.

There was rotten wood from moisture under the fridge/shelving unit, there were ants all around the rotten wood coming from the parking lot, a hole through the wall behind the AC unit into the parking lot, give or take 5in, the AC looked like it had fallen out of the wall from a prior stay and someone managed to shove it back into the wall enough for it to stay with a gap along the entire back, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and there was also opened food left in the fridge. GROSS! And, the woman working the front desk, when describing the room, we were not loud, but she tried to get us to be quiet and stop talking when other guests walked into the lobby, as if she knew the room was not guest-ready/clean.

No air conditioner

Didn’t get to eat to many people in small area. Room was way too small for 2 beds. Bathroom was tiny

I liked the spacious entrance and front desk area. I loved the shower in our room. I liked that were lots of pillows on my bed to snuggle up with.

The smoke detector in our room was covered in a clear plastic. I don’t know if it was meant to be that way or if it was simply an oversight. Not sure how safe it is
