Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. A few minor things could be improved. Hand soap was empty, and there was only one towel and one cup in the room. Overall, a lovely stay.

"A good, centrally located hotel"

A centrally located hotel, very nice staff and quite a rarity, at the reception there was even someone who spoke some English. Clean room, hot water, reliable wifi.

As usual in Colombia by now, a rather poor and meagre breakfast. But I suppose it's a standard in this country (never tried any five-star facility, though), so maybe it should be simply taken as a fact and nothing more.
