Close to the Mayo Clinic Phoenix. Front staff was very friendly. Cleaning staff kept towels stocked and trashes dumped.

The lock keys changed every day and my mom couldn’t get in at night time and had to get attention at the desk. None of the vending machines worked.

Fairly convenient to family. Easy parking. Breakfast until 10 am. Clean. Safe.

Expensive due to sporting event I was unaware of. Sort of small. Carpet a bit dingy.

Nice, Clean, Excellent location, Good Staff.

I could only get Luke warm water to shower with. Talked with staff and they said they would have maintenance check it out. Breakfast was sub-par for the price of room.

The front desk staff were very pleasurable to work with, and very kind. The room and lobby were clean and the continental breakfast was nice as well! The location was great too.

The only thing we noticed was the general use restroom in the hallway of our room near the lobby, it had seemingly been recently used which caused a bad odor in the hallway leading up to our room for the duration of the day. But we couldn’t smell it in our room. That seems to be out of the staff’s control regardless.
