Küchenausstattung( Abgewrackt), keine Lager keine Abstellmöglichkeiten keine Aufhänger. Teilweise keinen Strom/ Pool dreckig. Nach Starkregen kein Strom und der Bungalow stand unter Wasser

Posizione ottima, sia per andare al mare che per andare a piedi (20 min) al Yumbo. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio in loco. Il monolocale è carino e ben distribuito. Siamo rimasti 4 notte, arrivati di mercoledi, partenza di domenica. Vengono cambiate le asciugamani e fatta una pulizia il lunedi, mercoledi e venerdi.

Quando siamo arrivati, non c'erano i prodotti per il bagno ( shampoo e bagnoschiuma ) : il venerdi, quando siamo tornati, abbiamo trovato un bagno schiuma che era un fondo di un bagno schiuma riciclato e riempito con acqua : era meglio che non metteva nulla. Mancano gancci in bagno per appendere le asciugamani. Manca un ripiano per appogiare piatti e posate una volta lavate e stoffinacci per asciugarli. La piscina non è riscaldata e non c'è aria condizionata (però non serviva) Non so se c'era il wi fi. Non l'abbiamo chiesto. Peccato che si perda in questi detagli. Noi abbiamo pagato 85 € a notte (penso che sia un prezzo corretto) e ci sarei rimasto male se avesse pagato di più.

1- la propreté des lieux est très discutable tant dans la chambre que les parties communes. Une véritable réfection serait nécessaire ( peinture, sol, lit) car le lieu pourrait être bcp plus agréable avec un minimum d’entretien. 2- extérieur avec mauvaises herbes et poubelles’ 3- piscine non entretenue et froide ne correspond plus aux photos 4- salle de bains catastrophique avec joint déstructurés, douche non étanche, pommeau de douche non adapté au tuyau 5- un accueil impersonnel avec le sentiment de déranger l’hôte même si nous avons pu partir à midi au lieu de 11h 6- odeur inqualifiable dans la salle de bains diffusant dans tout l’appartement qui plus sentait le tabac à notre arrivée 7- une wifi qui n’existe pas et sans rapport avec la pluie comme nous l’a dit l’hôte car le problème était déjà là 4 jours avant ce séjour. 8- contrairement à la description accès handicapé impossible car il faut comment par monter 3-4 marches. 9- pas de coffre pas de climatisation 10- les appartements (4) sont face à face 2 à 2 apportant l’inconvénient du bruit même que des voisins respectueux

We called the property on arrival and were met by the owner within a couple of minutes. He met us, showed us around, explained what was where and gave some local tips. We originally wanted an air conditioning option, which has an extra fee, but we visited in mid-October and actually did not need it. The host suggested trying without it, leaving the windows and the doors open for ventilation (both have security grilles installed, so it was safe to do so), and it was perfect for the night. The host was very friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated. The pool area is nice, and there are enough sun loungers for each person staying at the property. The pool itself was a bit chilly at this time of year, and I found that it was a bit too hot on the sun loungers, as there was not much breeze. I have bought a floatie (inflatable mattress) for the pool, which was perfect! Kitchenette has basic equipment needed for the stay, and we had all our breakfasts at the property (boiled eggs, sandwiches, scrambled eggs, omelettes, etc.). The bed was big, and the mattress felt comfortable enough. There was only one outlet by the bed, so for multiple devices, I would suggest a plug with several USB ports. There is also a small living area with a sofa and a TV (we did not watch it). I would say it was a good value for money - basic budget-friendly, clothing optional, men-only accommodation in a small 4-bedroom property.

Overall property, like many on the island, would benefit from a bit of TLC - you can notice some peeling paint in places, there was a doorknob missing on the top cupboard door of the wardrobe, the outside table had a loose leg due to a missing screw, a leaky shower head, darkened shower mastic, etc. In terms of cleanliness, it was average with the basic service - rooms are cleaned 3 times a week, with towel changes on those days. The bedding was supposed to be changed once a week, but ours was not changed during our 10-night stay (we did not mind it that much). The bathroom could do with a deep clean, and we did encounter cockroaches a few times, which appeared to be coming from the shower drain. Once we had figured that out, we kept the bathroom bin on the shower drain to block their access point and did not see them again. For light sleepers, it is probably worth mentioning that bedroom windows back onto the main courtyard, so if someone is having a late-night conversation on the patio or is having some other activities, that might have an impact. There was no wifi available at the property.
