ORM - Almada Terrace Apartment

A great place with nice views and great location. You can walk to the center and enjoy the streets while checking the local stores and restaurants. It's big, spacious and you have all the necessary details like: coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, clothing washer, iron and plates to feel at home and not worry about anything. There are plenty of storage drawers and wardrobes to keep your clothes organized and ready to wear. The big doors /windows allow plenty of light inside and even though it was rainy for a couple of mornings it was still nice to look at. The beds are big and comfortable and you couldn't hear noises from the neighbors so that's really nice if you look for a quiet place to sleep. At the same time, the team is very friendly and you get quick updates or answers to your questions. We were so happy with this place.

A tip: downstairs it could be kind of chilly and the upstairs bed gets all the heat which was a little uncomfortable the first night. That was until we realized that if you close the bedroom door, you can avoid getting the heat from the living room.

It was tastefully decorated. Everything was catered for. Such a great location, too - really ace.

It would have been helpful if the windows could have opened in the upstairs bedroom as the aircon made the room feel a bit dry.

The apartment is great! Well-finished in every detail, clean, and with a beautiful terrace. It is on a very nice and quiet street, only a 15-minute walk to Ribeira, where you can rest easy at night, but with nice cafes, stores, and restaurants as well. Communication with ORM Apartments staff was very easy: just communicate via mess on booking to receive any kind of information we needed about check-in (they were also flexible allowing us to enter before the check-in time since we arrived very early in the morning) as well as info about Porto and the other activities they offer (organized tours etc.). We had a really great time :)

AC didn't work well in a cold day. you'll be toasting up in the loft, but still cold in the living room down stairs

This was an excellent location, quiet yet right in the heart of the action. It provides everything you need and more. It was one of the most well equipped places I've stayed in. They thought of everything. Having a terrace was a huge bonus. My only recommendation would be the breakfasts need a little more variety. The daily delivery was earlier then agreed to but friendly.
