The staff at dinner went out of their way to make us feel special.

The lady at reception was not friendly, felt like she was doing us a favour, The room was dark and stale We had no idea the geyser worked with a switch (we were not told), so upon taking a shower, the water was cold. Phoned for assistance, and waited for a long while, had to go to reception to get answers, Then the assistant came. Very frustrating

Location and maintenance is great.

Staff could have been better. AC was not working properly. They should provide hand towels.

One of the best properties in Kanyakumari. Close to all the tourist attractions

Check out process not great. After 2 reminders still the hotel staff did not send their people to help with the luggage. Had to carry them personally. Personally don’t have an issue but my mother who is 74 had to struggle
