GRAND BASE Beppu

同じ系列の宿泊地は、何度か利用したことがありましたが今回はとても最悪でした。まずチェックインの案内のメールが届いておらず入るのに苦労しました。、電話がつながったのでよかったですが、つながらなかったらホテルに入ることができずかなり困ったと思います。次にトイレが清掃されていませんでした。電気の中がとても汚かったです。トイレットペーパーも少なく、予備が近くに設置されてなかったのでかなり探しました。次にソファー前のテーブルの下ですが、前回宿泊者が飲み物をこぼした後の清掃ができておらず、床がベタベタでした。次に洗面台。歯磨きをしてる最中水が流れませんでした。おそらく詰まりかけてると思います。明らかに清掃業者の怠慢だと思われます。通常のホテルだとまずありえない。何度か利用したので安心していましたが、次回は必ず口コミを確認したいと思います。同じような投稿がいくつもありました。

저녁 시간 체크인 할 때까지 입실 정보가 도착하지 않았음. 숙소에 도착해서 어럽게 전화통화를 해서 출입문 코드, 방 번호, 방 패스워드를 알아내서 입실에 성공함. 밤 늦게 까지 방이 울리게 시끄럽게 노는 팀이 있었는데 무인 시설이라서 통제가 안됨. 그래서 밤에 잠을 잘자지 못했음.

非常好的體驗

Check in was breezy. Was given the entrance password 2 days before check in date. Also was given a link to do pre check in and given a QR code to scan during the actual check in inside the apartment building. Beds are comfortable and we all slept well throughout our stay. Love the heater function in the shower room that allows our clothes to dry fast, after washing. Though the apartment was unmanned, the response from the staff via the chat function (either thru booking.com or the in-room device) was fast. Will definitely choose Grand Base again!

Limited parking lot (only saw 2) in front of the apartment. However, we noted parking lots nearby (about 2 min walk from apartment building)

予約時に送られてきたPDFをダウンロードしましたか開くことができませんでした。 チェックインの為のパスコードが連絡なく、こちらから電話で問い合わせました。 部屋のパスコード入力装置の表示がでなかった為、しばらく入ることが出来ず困りました。隣の部屋の方に教えて頂き、強めに押すと反応したため、なんとか入室できました。 洗濯機のゴミフィルターが掃除してなくてゴミがたくさん詰まっていました。 以上は少し困った点ですが、その他は設備もよく、部屋の広さも充分で気持ちよく滞在できました。 駅や繁華街へも歩いていけて、ステキな温泉が近隣にいくつもあり、夜は静かな場所だったので大変よかったです。

Walking distance to everything we needed Beds were comfortable Washing machine and bathroom area drying facility

It was poorly cleaned- the sheets had been changed on the beds but the large amount of rubbish under the badly stained lounge cushions, the dirty microwave, and the grotty used sponge in the kitchen sink was disgusting. We couldn’t recommend this property as we felt there was a lack of attention to basic cleaning.

Flott og komfortabel leilighet. Gangavstand til det meste i Beppu.

家族5人で利用させて頂きました。とてもゆっくり過ごせました。楽しい思い出が出来ました。一つだけ不満を言うなら、トイレの臭いが気になりました。ありがとうございました。
