部屋が広かった。事前チェックインが簡単だった。駐車場があった。

掃除してないのかな？と思うくらい髪の毛やホコリが沢山落ちていた。シャワーの出方が悪かった。時計がなかった。アメニティが歯ブラシしかなかった。

建物も新しく清潔感もあり、最高です先ず立地ですが、別府駅まで徒歩圏内で近くに飲食店も多く素泊まりには申し分ありません家族5名での宿泊でしたが、広さも十分でゆっくり出来ましたなんと言っても建物の作りが良い壁も厚くマンションの様な立派な作りでプライバシーも万全でしたそんな良いとこ尽くしで、コスパ良しと火の打ち所がない物件です宿泊予算を抑えたぶん、リッチな食事が出来ました次回も絶対利用させて頂きます

駐車場が1台分しかない洗濯機と洗剤完備なのに、干すスペースが無かったお風呂に乾燥設備が付いているので、中に干せる様にハンガーとかあったら嬉しい

掃除が徹底されておらず、トイレはとても古い公園の公衆トイレぐらい臭く、部屋にまで匂いがもれていた。床もルンバが１回通っただけのような掃除だった。

子供がいるので一階を希望していましたが要望通りの一階の1番入口に近くを用意してくださり助かりました。周辺の環境もとても静かで夜はゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。室内乾燥や洗濯が可能だったので子供のものをすぐに洗濯乾燥出来たのもすごくたすかりました！スタッフさんも対応が丁寧でよかったです。
