"Fraude total"

Me hicieron creer que la reserva esta asegurada con mi tarjeta de crédito y resulta que el Hotel estaba cerrado desde hacia ya varios meses por lo que era imposible que existieran las habitaciones que ofrecía disponibles hotels.com
