Cabaña Yax-ha

- The plants in the garden were really beautiful

- Unfriendly personal - No toilet lid - everywhere faeces from animals in the room - everything was dirty and the toilet smelled very bad after every flush - a few Cockroaches in the room - the house had holes that insects came in - no attractions beside the waterfalls (for walking around in the forest you need always a guide)

You can walk to Agua Azul, but really that's it.

The price of this place is way to high for what you get. If this place was cheap then it would be more oke, expect nothing. The bed sheets were full of stains and there is nothing like soaps, not even a small soap bar to wash your hands!! The bed is really hard, old and bad. Only a fan hanging high on the ceiling from which you can't control the wind direction. it will get really hot and humid in this place!! The place/surroundings looks totally abandoned or neglected and the rooms looks really old. In the surrounding there is a lot of trash and animal poo. The people in the restaurants are super annoying and the food is bad. The staff won't give you any information about restaurants or where to go, so we ended up in a really weird place behind the cabins which looked like a ghost town. You can hear the neighbors really loud because of the thin wooden wall. Also: don't go to Agua Azul if it rains. The waterfalls will turn brown and look like a natural disaster. If not, then the place is nice but very touristy.

clean and comfortable

location is not great the waterfalls are great but the surrounding area was properly the least liked throughout our trip in Chiapas

the location in this incredible Toltec land with the families that live and work there to provide clean rustic lodging, good restaurants…. many vendors selling handmade items as you climb the stairs and walkways over looking incredible waterfalls… the best “mall” in the world!! great swimming… everyone is kind and helpful

Perfecta ubicación para visitar las cascadas de Agua Azul, lo único que mejoraría sería el tiempo del agua caliente en la regadera y la presión con la que sale, todo lo demás excelente!
