"Poucas melhorias para ficar perfeito"

Pontos positivos: atendimento, café da manhã (se chegar cedo), internet, piscina e área verde, amenidades no quarto. Roupa de cama.

Pontos negativos: café da manhã na segunda hora, precisa ter melhor reposição. O colchão e travesseiro não eram bons. Mas o que menos gostei foi a proximidade do quarto com a rodovia que passa ao lado. Barulho durante a madrugada. Peçam um quarto mais ao fundo da propriedade.

A localização e boa proximo da cidade .

o atendimento , cheguei as 12:00 e a recepcionista falou que eu não podia entrar no quarto porque estavam arrumando ok ate ai tudo bem , falei se poderia entrar no hotel e aguardar na area de lazer , ela disse que so poderia entrar se pagasse R$ 10:00 por hora por pessoa , achei absurdo pois ja ia ficar hospedado acabei saindo e fui para o centro da cidade almoçar e voltamos as 14:00 horas para poder entrar.

Quando pedi informação sobre o pequeno almoço, duas pessoas desconheciam o serviço e, no dia seguinte, outra pessoa me informou que era o café da manhã. ESTRANHO...

A piscina estava sem aquecimento, por isso meu sobrinho autista não pode usar (eu não ia usar); então, contratei a jacuzzi, aguardei uma hora para aquecer é o hotel informou que não conseguiu aquecer, ou seja, falta de organização.
