"If I am in New Orleans again, I will definitely consider this hotel again."

I appreciated the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. I would book another stay with Holiday Inn Express New Orleans.

The mattress leaned a little bit on one side. I had to sleep more towards the middle of the bed. I didn't lose any sleep over it.

"Perfect location for attractions."

Central location short walk to everything that we wanted to see and do. Parking so close and safe but expensive when you’re paying a room rate as well. Laundry area useful and ice machine on every floor. Coffee pod machine and microwave useful as well.

Rooms a bit small and pool area not very clean…. Didn’t want to take a dip. Door on one of the rooms we had was not fixed onto hinges properly we reported it twice. Had to really bang it to get it closed. Parking charge a lot for 2 nights as it’s hotel parking and already paying for room. $78 for two nights!

"Disrespectful staff in an OK bedroom"

Location was good

The staff was rude in general. We asked for an early check in because we had a night flight and reached in the morning, and they did not do anything to accommodate that. Besides, the evening worker (guy with long hair) treated us like idiots when we said the main door was not opening. Honestly, for a little bit of more money there are way much better places around.

Excelente ubicación cerca de Canal Street y el barrio Francés donde se concentra gran parte de la vida gastronómica, comercial y cultural de la ciudad. Habitación amplia y confortable, con TV, escritorio, frigobar y cafetera. Wifi de buena señal. Desayuno completo y variado. Personal amable y servicial.

Al establecimiento le hace falta una modernización de sus instalaciones ya que las mismas quedaron vetustas por el uso y paso del tiempo.
