Booked a standard room with two beds. Was given a king with a roll-in bed. Did not learn of this until my arrival. Otherwise, I would have booked elsewhere. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Very bright light on light switch that could not be turned off.

My room was not cleaned nor was I brought fresh towels. The continental breakfast was not the best either. There were ants crawling around the food.
