Sleep Inn near Busch Gardens - USF

I left my charger at home in Chicago .The front desk person offered one while I stayed there She saved the day.

I didn’t like the smell from chlorine and wet carpet, but not to bad. Still great experience

The staff was absolutely amazing. My son brought 2 of his stuffed animals with him. When we would leave to go to Bush Gardens he would lay them on the bed to sleep. He would cover them up and make them comfortable. When the lady's that come in and clean the room would make the bed they would always place his stuffed animals back on bed in different ways to make it look like they were playing while we were gone. Little things like that made our stay amazing. All staff was so nice . Definitely will be back again

It’s close to the highway with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The property is clean and well kept.

There are not a lot of restaurants close to the property. You have to go to the next exit and down a ways but lots of options there

The pool was nice small but ok

The breakfast was mediocre . The entire building including my room smelled like mold so bad I could Carley take it. I was there not three hours when a staff member with an attitude threatened that me walking around will possibly get me kicked out because of another guest who was complaining about every single thing. She told me that I would have to leave with no refund. I will never ever ever stay at this hotel again and will make sure to tell everyone I know to do the same

Staff were friendly

The room was very loud, the air conditioning was making strange loud noises most of the night. You could hear people talking through the walls. I had a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. The breakfast wasn’t good enough to feed to my dog.
