Location great walking distance to shops and a couple of pubs and cafes

Bed too hard

Size of room was ok, room clean and comfortable beds.

Noise from other guests sitting outside room drinking and talking. Unable to park at back of unit due to broken down cars left in driveway, having two guests with mobility issues we expected to be able to park at the door. Lights from adjoining property at the back were shining into our family room all night, even with blinds closed, some light still entered through the gaps in the blinds.

Location was central to Cobram, very close to Woolworths supermarket and also to the petrol station, both important aspects for travel. It was quiet and air conditioning and heating was great.
