"Good location, hard beds"

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice, but rather small. Although here I have to say that the size indicated (20m2) seems correct, it felt smaller because of the setting. Little place left to open your suitcases. A rather spacious shower with pleasant rain shower. Great location directly next to Gwangalli Beach with free parking under the building. Check-in was only at 5pm, which is rather late. The bed was hard (but still quite OK in Korean standards, we have had much harder beds) and the plastic mattress cover is not really pleasant to sleep on.

Beautiful location, amazing view and wonderful staff with lots of fresh underground parking. right on the beach and close to a lot of really good restaurants. Spain club, beer factory and 빵가수산 are amazing.

sorry, but the breakfast wasn’t good.

"Search for a half decent midrange hotel in Korea continues"

Stayed for 1 night with wife. Pretty clean in the room, a lot of general hotel detrius in the stairwells / corridors. Bed hard as a rock with a plastic mattress protector directly below a thin sheet which makes it pretty hot and sweaty. Asked for extra sheet to try and insulate from the plastic, got told it was 10k service charge (mind blown). Top tip: If you sleep on top of one of the dressing gowns it makes it a bit more comfy Air con pretty good, oddly also underfloor heating on as well. Good TV (samsung) but set top box so slow netflix was unusable. Defo not the worst choice but also defo not the best choice. Nice view.

I love this place! Beautiful view! If you don't mind a little bit of noise at night cause it 's very close to where the action is, you'll love it! Stayed in another hotel in Haeundai for three more days at a price twice as expensive but it was no match! I would definitely come back to this one!♡

"Restful stay by the beach in a touristic and local area"

We loved the view over the bridge, the Korean breakfast fare, the staff, the layout of the room and the closeness to Gwangali Beach. And even though the staff was having some difficulty conversing in English, they did their best and found solutions and in the end we were very satisfied with the way we were treated. Really the breakfast was a good start to our day! We didn't like the confusion ensuing between this hotel and another similarly named (The Gray Hotel) when catching a taxi from the train station. The nearest subway station (Gangwan) was quite a way from the hotel (however the area is full of restaurants so it's a nice walk). I didn't like the fact that when I booked it, I gave a card as a guarantee and it was charged before we arrived even though I wanted to pay cash to avoid bank fees.
