We liked the location

The rooms were horrible, including rats and water leaking out the ceilings. We had to be moved twice. No refund or compensation.

The cost wasn't very expensive especially for it being last minute booking

The bath tub was brown needs replacing and it was an old dirty chair in the room needs to be removed

"I deserve a free month for the price I paused staying here"

The breakfast was nasty. The location is OK.

I didn’t like that the pool was not open. They said the pool was going to be open. The pool wasn’t open. They lied. I don’t like that that TV doesn’t work like that. I don’t like that the cable does not work like that. The Internet doesn’t work in there computer and printer, and also the washing machine.

"room was nice but was in need to several repairs in the bathroom mainly."

the breakfast was 6-9 am. very limited selection. they put zero effort making it decent. we are on vacation. i never stayed at a hotel that serve to at least 10:00 am.
