"Our stay was exceptional!"

The location was great and a short drive to the places we needed to go. The breakfast was good and the hotel was well kept. It seemed to be a newer hotel and our room was very comfortable and clean. We definitely would plan a trip with this hotel in mind since it is within walking distance of Living History Farms and the Machine Shed Restaurant.

We cannot think of anything we didn't like.

Modern hotel with all the perks. Decor was fun and unique. Breakfast was very complete. Although we didn’t use it, the lounge looked nice. Sink was outside toilet area, which is helpful.

We stayed on a busy weekend in Des Moines. Lots of baseball teams needing to stay in hotels. This hotel was super quiet. No kids running around the halls being loud. The patio was really nice and plenty of privavcy. Floor to ceiling windows in the room, comfy bed and pillows. Nice amenities. We will definitely be staying again for a kids free weekend.

This was by far the cleanest hotel we've stayed at in a very long time! Such a refreshing stay, staff was friendly, hotel was nice and modern. My only nit picks were the limited TV channels which sometimes didn't work because of network outages. And someone tried to charge $96 in drinks at the lounge to our room instead of their own. We didn't even visit the lounge, but the staff was quick and friendly to fix it for us. We'll be back again, it was truly a good experience overall and one that made us a fan of this property!
