Sleep Inn Concord - Kannapolis

The property had a lot of maintenance that needed to be done. I came with my family to spend a week and our door knobs were coming off either from the inside or outside had to get changed from rooms bc of it. We also had a really bad cigarette smell in our bedrooms eventhough I had voiced out before I had a newborn. The bathroom door was horrible and made a loud bang everytime we closed it. And the door was completely damaged. However the staff was very respectful, kind and helpful.

My stay was ok, the mattress was very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly.

It doesn't smell good in the room.

It was in a nice location.

It was outdated compared to the pictures, only seen staff at check in, room had a moldy smell, A/C was not working.

Smelled like someone was smoking weed. People living in the rooms are sketchy as crap. Will not be booking anymore stays at a Sleep Inn.

It was a place to sleep.

Never was informed when I made the reservation that the elevator was inoperable and the pool was closed. This should have been one of the first things noted. They put us on the 3rd floor the stairwell smelled of smoke and the main aisle to our room was dirty.

Rooms in disrepair, cigarette smell in non-smoking hotel, smoke alarm sounding due to battery, elevator out of order, front desk employee, Tanya’s unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

Nice quiet place, great staff and clean.
