The indoor pool was closed. I was put in a pet room when I did not require one.

The woman who checked us in, and out about 30 minutes later, was professional, polite, and competent. She addressed our problems and was able to help with a satisfactory solution.

The property was rundown, the room had a persistent smell of mold, the parking lot was so poorly lit as to feel unsafe, and the whole place had "Hotel California" vibes.
