Location

The smell was the worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. Actually had to buy Lysol spray and a Renuzit to make it through the night.

"Hotel staff acted like we were an inconvenience."

Reasonable distance from where I would be spending most of my time.

We requested a non pet friendly room. We walked in and the room smelled like dog. Front desk worker was on the phone with housekeeping as we were getting new room keys talking about us not liking the room. Repeating that we weren’t happy. At 10:30 on check out day there was a slight knock and someone walking into our room. We stayed here in the past and liked it. This time was a horrible experience. We will not be staying at this location again.
