Everything! Great staff, great room, great value. We had six people in two rooms and had plenty of space. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great -- easy access to the subway, walking distance to any needed amenities, centrally located to get to the places we wanted to see.

"Stanza molto grande in ottimo quartiere!"

Stanza molto grande e confortevole. L’hotel é situato in un quartiere molto carino e in una posizione comoda avendo una stazione della metro molto vicina. Personale gentile e disponibile anche se non tutti parlano perfettamente inglese e quindi potrebbero sorgere delle incomprensioni.

Il livello di pulizia della stanza potrebbe essere migliorato: in alcuni punti era visibile della polvere e segni di usura, che davano l’impressione di un riordino un po’ approssimativo. L’hotel in sé è molto carino, ma a questo livello di pulizia e attenzione resta il dubbio che riesca a mantenere la stessa qualità nel tempo.
