Motel 6-Indianapolis, IN - Airport

I made a booking for my family of five. Online, it said we could all stay in the same room, as I've done in the past, but when we arrived, the manager treated us very rudely. When I arrived, I told her I had a reservation, and without even looking at the reservation or the computer, she yelled at us that we needed two rooms. She didn't even bother to check how many rooms I had booked. Her attitude made it clear we weren't welcome there. In contrast, at the Comfort Suite at the airport, they treated us very kindly and accommodated us in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for a better price than the Motel 6's room with only two beds. The Motel 6 manager lacks professionalism and friendliness. I will never go to a Motel 6 again. They have a bad reputation for a reason.

The staff was extremely friendly and polite joking with me about being a 49ers fan and was more than willing to answer all the questions I had

This place isn't not clean whatsoever....as well as felt extremely unsafe I was there only one night however there were random/homeless people just hanging out inside stairwells and around property...came back to my room after the colts game and there were still people just hanging out inside the main building of hotel..and the rooms were bare minimum of clean and comfortable

Lots of noise couldn't sleep.

There was lots of noise and people running upstairs.

Front desk clerk, Peggy, was very friendly and helpful.

Elevator was a little scary lol

no breakfast only coffee.The carpet was filthy.Only one ice machine in the motel.The entire motel had an odor. The lobby did not have a clean smell.The parking was limited.Other hotel sharing the same lot.

The location was great bc it’s close to my work!

They made us leave when we tried to pay for another weeks stay!!
