The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful.

The staff was cheerful and helpful.

The property is undergoing renovations which is why I have the lower rating. However, the sheets, towels and washcloths had old stains on them.

The pool was not open. It was under construction. The gym was also not open. They were redoing the baseboards and carpet on our floor at 8 o’clock at night. There was no soaps in the shower. Our room had a musty smell. The shower looked very dirty. The free breakfast had almost no options. There was poor, lighting outside of the entrance and in the parking lot.

This location was perfect for where I wanted to be.

The breakfast needs work. The eggs and sausage were tough as if it was over cooked or heated. The smoke sausage was good the first morning. And the pool looked as if it needed to be serviced. The pool was so cloudy that I didn't even want to swim in it. There was also only one pool towel available on the towel rack. This hotel seems like they have people who live there. A couple of days when going to the parking lot I saw some men smoking and having a beer, as well as one cutting another ones hair.

Did not stay. Waiting for manger to issue promised refund

People were loitering in the parking lot drunk and doing drugs, front desk would not call the police after multiple guests complained. Carpet smelled like mold, the rooms were in bad shape and smelled like weed. Management lied about their room availability when my family decided to leave so they could deny a refund.

Pool was closed. Fitness center was closed. The key system was not functioning so the staff had to always open rooms. The shower head was broken. The dispensers for shampoo and conditioner and body wash were completely empty. There was a half empty shampoo bottle in the shower, probably from previous customer. Manager was unavailable to speak to and never returned the call as the desk person promised. The breakfast items were depleted by 7:00 AM. We spoke to the an angry customer in the parking lot who left in the middle of previous night supposedly due to the bed bugs, they showed us pictures and bites.
