Breakfast was good, rm was clean, bed was comfy

Both toilets ran periodically all night, and the TV or cable was terrible

El hotel es viejísimo, las alfombras viejas, ascensor sonaba que casi se cae, baño diminuto y el aire acondicionado sonaba fuertísimo como si ya se fuera a quemar!! Teníamos dos habitaciones y una tuvo que apagar el suyo porque no se podía dormir

washer and dryer not functioning properly. Rooms are not very clean, carpet dirty and hair in bathroom upon check in. Housekeeping staff came irregularyl! 3x in 8 days.

Location was convenient for me. Breakfast and coffee were good.

The heater was not working on the bedroom side of the room. The next day, I was moved to a different room, but in that room the living room heater was not working instead. I ended up returning to the original room. No alternative room options or separate rooms were offered to resolve the issue. The room was not very clean, with hair throughout the bathroom.

The question is what didn't I like. It was a calm environment. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, willing to help and answer questions.

It was difficult to find. The sign is too far back, and it's at the very bottom of the sign post.
