Great stay for the price!

It was perfect in every way. The lady named Reba who did the breakfast was so amazing. She was so helpful and very friendly and courteous. The pregnant clerk at the desk was excellent. Please give my compliments to the. I will go back again.

No the most comfortable hotel nor the cleanliness. What sets the hotel apart is the proximity to superior surroundings such as storefronts and restaurants.

On the old side.. several things were old and broken…

There is NO WAY this hotel is a 3.7. The condition of the hotel is very different than the pictures and the reviews that say it is "clean", "nice", etc. It is at best a 2-star. My room had serious humidity issues that led to odors and rusted fixtures that had been painted over. Walls were damaged and horribly repaired. The mattress wore out. Guy with a dog next-door that he yelled at constantly. Bathroom floor had not been mopped/cleaned. I booked it because Expedia had a lot of great reviews this month; but I think they are fake as no one in their right mind would rate this over a 2-star. You get what you pay for; so yes I should have known the price was too good to be true. Never again, regardless of its great location to my client's business.

Staff was great and common area were great. I had a room on the 1st floor and though the air conditioning was running and clean oiling there was a musty smell, Plus when I went to get dressed the next morning my clothes were Damp and the carpet was damp. They need to fix this or add dehumidifiers. I think there must also be mold, from all the moisture.

Breakfast and the smell of the rooms

When I walked into my room after a long day of travel, the room smelled strongly of disinfectant. It was late so I went right to bed, only turning on the bedside light to see to brush my teeth. The room was damp and the air conditioning unit was running all night, with the sound of water dripping. The bed was comfortable so I slept well at least. But when I woke in the morning reality set in when I really looked at my surroundings. There were mold stains in multiple places in the room, and I'm pretty sure there was black mold in the bathroom. The carpet was wet all around the air conditioning unit and my clothes all felt damp. What a nightmare! Never again ... don't stay here!

Hands down the most disgusting place i have ever stayed. Mold on the bathroom walls, the room smells like ass, ac is barely cooling the room. The carpet has probably been here since the initial build with absolutely no upgrades to speak of. It's a time warp to what looks like the 70's. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU ARE RISKING YOUR HEALTH!
