Originally my family is from damietta.. I spend my whole life in Ras el bar.. but i swear in this visit I saw ras el bar from other perception.. what a comfortable ,ni ce place ..best customer service ever.. specially front desk staff and mr. Emmara and mrs gina and sorry I can't remember other staff names. Delicious food in the restaurant overlooking light house.. I used to travel abroad yearly.. but due to covid 19 we didn't travel this year.. but it was a real compensation for that.. special thanks for pool staff and specially gamal who found my little daughter expensive diamond earning which was drop in the pool and me myself tried a lot to find it but with failure.. this man did something very rare in those days with acknowledgement of its worth.. we didn't believe ourselves that he found it.. again honest staff with adorable accommodation.. millions of regards.. Accommodation from 26th july to 28th July 4001 and 4003..

Staff is very helpful and respectful ... Food is Great ... Scenery is wonderful and unique ... Public areas, swimming pool and room are so clean ... All reservations regarding Covid19 are strictly applied ... You feel as if you are at home ... Many thanks to Management and staff

The room was lovely but had no heating so was really cold. They closed the dining room and we ate in a room where workers were doing other jobs & housekeeping & maintenance people walked through. It was like a staff dining room & not what I’d expect from a 5* hotel. Very disappointing. Staff however did try to help & were apologetic.
