The staff was great

Construction was irritating

Did not partake, checked out earlier

No coffee in the room!

The room was clean.

The parking was bad

Location was great and convenient to a lot of things. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of variety. Price was good. 24 hour coffee available

24 hour coffee was often empty

First and foremost I never write reviews. However my family and I had a terrible experience! I was contacted one day before check in stating that the room I booked could not be stayed in due to the hotel being ran by generators due to construction. I was offered a lower cost room, which I had already reserved a higher priced room, or to be changed to a neighboring hotel. I chose to stay and get the lower cost room which I lost money on. When I spoke to the worker they assured the hotel would have power via generator on the first floor. Friday the power went out and stayed out for approximately 5 hours. Management did not offer any money back for the issue and was rude. Please look elsewhere when visiting Oxford, AL. The hotel itself looks like it use to be an econo lodge that they’ve done some painting and put new carpet and beds in. It is not what you think it will be when you see that it’s a sister hotel for Hilton. You will definitely be disappointed once you check in.

I did like the location and soap dispensers.

I did not like the construction blocking off the parking lot.

It was quite even though there was construction it was not loud at all & my room was right by it

The construction took allot of the parking lot at night if you came back late you couldn’t find a park
