"I would NOT stay at SLEEP INN ever again and certainly would hesitate to use booking.com in the futu"

Ok/ok

We were charged for a four night stay when we could only stay the first night. Due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control we had to return home the following day. The checkout at the front desk did not go well. There was no manager to settle our early checkout consequently our credit card and receipt showed a four night stay. The clerk who checked us out said booking.com was the only way the situation could be resolved. What do you say?

"Underwhelming"

When I first arrived, it took 25 to 30 minutes before I could get my room key. I was told that they had a power outage. The person behind the counter kept looking at his phone and the computer and told me to please wait. He then apologize for his poor English. Also, there was a bug in my bed that was crawling on my leg. I was able to grab it and smash it and then I showed it to the attendant the next morning who was behind the counter. She said that she would tell her supervisor. I am hoping to get at least a partial discount if possible.
