road construction was going on and was a little hard to get into but they should be finished up soon

Always a nice convenient place to stay in Carlisle, tucked conveniently away for good parking-- just off interstate & Hanover St. / Holly Pike for easy access to the area. Nice expanded breakfast and staff. I'm starting to really appreciate the aromatherapy in Sleep Inn too. Appreciate the enclosed pool too.

The place was very nice & the rooms were clean.They had a really nice breakfast every morning.

That your front desk staff member trying to keep money that was not hers to keep.And telling us that my dog was not on my booking when l had the Receipt from when l booked it from August & it said on my receipt that we paid for her to be there .She had blonde hair & was older looking & was on the phone when we came in.Plus when my husband paid we paid in cash, $ 40.49 the cost for her to stay.At first she did not give us a Receipt for the cash that we paid for my dog.He had to go back down there to get a receipt from her.That Was Just So Wrong of Her to try & pocket that money to keep it.I'm glad that l had my husband check his bank account & l had my booking receipt saying that she was on there & was already paid for .

We asked for extra towels because our towels were actually dirty in our room, we were denied clean towels!! So we bought some at Walmart, we got up to get breakfast we got yelled at for taking our breakfast back to our room!! It isn't a friendly place, the girl that works 6pm to whenever is the only one nice person that works there

Room didn't feel real clean; or, smell fresh. Shower door in a state of disrepair. One of the Queen beds is shoved right up in a corner. Like no access off back side of bed.

I would rate this hotel good, not very good or excellent as stated by this website. Found hair on the wall in the bathroom, carpet was coming apart in places, free breakfast was meager, room was mostly clean. I would stay again. Easy on & off 81.
