This was a standard, reliable hotel stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and met expectations. The room was quiet and easy to relax in, and the small pool was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience.

No real complaints. The location does mean that ride-share trips into Charleston can add up in cost, so it’s worth planning for that in advance. It also felt a bit on the pricey side, but it was a holiday weekend so that likely influenced the rate.

It was close enough to downtown, so we didn’t have any trouble getting to/from The Sottile Theater for my granddaughter’s ballet performance and got a little shopping accomplished! I would recommend the overall experience! Nice staff, clean rooms and just an easy stay!! Staying downtown, one must count in extra $$$ for parking. The place was excellently located!!

The breakfast staff were trying to close out just a little too soon and one was very abrasive with his comments that we needed to plan better - this was at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled “end of breakfast”.
