Sleep Inn Mt Pleasant - Charleston

The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Great location! Not many amenities but perfect for a budget stay.

The room and central areas were clean, and staff were always working and easily found when something was needed. Staff was friendly (special shout out to Joseph the breakfast room host) and efficient at the check-in desk. Location was perfect and central so perfect for our needs of getting back and forth to Downtown/The Citadel and Isle of Palms and places in between. Parking lot is spacious and during our stay appeared full every night - but again location and easy access off and on the bridge and 17 ensures it’s a popular hotel. Liked that the hotel is pet friendly.

Greenery around parking lot needs to be cleared more to give adequate pet walking green space, and more regular collection of all the cans, plastics, and trash people are throwing into the shrubbery and edge of woods is needed. As a popular hotel and a pet friendly one more than a reasonable amount of trash was spotted while walking my dog. Realistically, the parking lot and surrounding grounds needs some recycle and trash bins scattered round on the property, not just one at the back door near the pool, folks don’t seem to be getting their trash that far. If the property space allows, a small pet walking area with a pet station (bags and disposal bin) would be really nice or a cleared path and permission to used the one on the adjoining apartment block.

Schädlinge Teppichkäfer in der Dusche auf dem Bett und an der Decke.. Zimmer roch unangenehm. Haben uns für die Nacht das schmale Bett teilen müssen, da das andere Bett von Käfern befallen war. An der Rezeption der Dame und dem Herren der Frühschicht Videos und Fotos davon vorgeleg und nach einem Nachlass gefragt. Man hat uns nur verständnislos angeschaut und uns unsere volle Rechnung vorgelegt. Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Werden uns auch noch ans Management wenden

Breakfast was nice. The location was great. Easy access to the main road.

I didn’t get the room that I booked. I booked a king bed but the hotel claimed that booking.com had me booked into a king+pet. Which was false and I shown them the original booking information and their reply was take that up with booking. No king room available so here’s a room with two double beds. I stayed but the beds were too small for sharing lol. Also the fridge wasn’t working but was replaced in a timely manner.

Really good location right by Mt pleasant bridge and close to Shem creek

The pool area was not great but that is the only negative I have
