Lack of communication regarding check in details. We couldn’t get in because appropriate email wasn’t sent and we didn’t have phone access

Comfortable, quiet, and relaxing.

I specifically booked a room with a tub and did not get the room with the tub. The security gate code was the same code to our room which raised a security concern. The check in process was lengthy. We were able to get a code to the security gate after about 30 minutes, but we did not get our room number until 40 minutes after initially trying to check in. There’s no staff on site which was weird to me. The blinds don’t close all the way/there’s gaps so it felt like we had a little less privacy.
