The Lauderdale Boutique Hotel

We stayed at the 2 bedrooms apartments, they were perfect for all the 14 members of the family. Everything was clean, the communication with the staff was excellent. A Few minutes from Las oas boulevard where you can find restaurants, stores and the River Walk.

The room

Todo fue práctico y bonito. No pudimos aprovechar tanto la ubicación del hotel.

No sabía que era self check in y quería enviar unos paquetes, llamé dos veces, pero si me costó la comunicación directa con el Hotel. Por email fue rápido porque no tenía los códigos de acceso, pero escribí y me resolvieron rápido.

Beds were comfortable. Check in was VERY easy especially since we arrived very late at night.

I would have liked a few water bottles provided in room. We arrived very late and I was out of water and needed to drink from the sink

Spacious room and bathroom.

Outside gate doesn't latch properly and was constantly open. Spacious room laid out wrong. Could have been much improved. Electric cords on floor and exposed. Should be mounted on baseboards or above to not be trip hazard. Shelves on wall could have improved storage and lay down area.

Actually, the property is wonderful, but it’s time to invest a bit of money and fix all the “little things”. • Water leaks from the shower no matter how you wash • The door lock (specifically in our apartment) and the door itself are very “worn out” • One of the entrances to the complex doesn’t close • Cracked chair seats in the kitchen And so on
