Comfy bad/pillows

Communication between Sleep Inn and Booking.com Booked two rooms, one couple experienced a hardship, due to lack of handicapped room. They had to leave early. Contacted Booking.com and they claimed that Sleep Inn never returned their call to verify. Therefore no refund.... Very frustrated with length of time waiting on phone....

Clean property. Nice staff. Good location to food and the fairgrounds. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Good breakfast. If back up that way i will stay there again.

Main back door was not working correctly and could not be locked.

This hotel is falling apart. The elevator did not work for 2 of our three day stay. We were in an upper level room. Inconvenient for those of us with knee issues. The ice maker also out of order the entire three day stay. We bought our own ice at a store whiche was also inconvenient. The ac system is very poor, noisy, inconsistent, smelling musty and the room was always very humid. These ac units simply lead to a terrible broken nights sleep.

The room was clean.

Just a so so place. Nothing great and nothing really poor. Just an average place to stay.

Rooms feel musty

Hotel room seemed musty, needed a dehumidifier.

It was good. The floors felt damp to me but it could have been because it was so humid. I don't like carpet in hotel rooms. Will stay agàin.
