The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty and the showerhead had mold. Bad sheets they had like a yellowish color There were many ants and the Toilette had a really bad smell.

Urgent last minute booking as my daughter was unwell. They were very accomodating. Roons are clean and decent size. Pricing is very genuine.

It is situated in a nice location. We have access to kuta beach and the streets

The facilities were not that good. No fan was available. Also the ac had a very low cooling

Convenient as it is near aiport. Lesser traffic.

Not so clean, they should clean the room, and put a little bit of freshener so it will smell good.
