The location and price.

The carpet had visible stains. Some of the pillowcases had either grease, oil, or some other stains that weren't properly washed out. The Wifi streaming connection in my room did not work. The front desk associate & on call technician did not know how to fix and said "there is nothing they could do about it." Tried moving to another room but said it would be a 2-3 hour wait. Breakfast was very skimpy, but I guess something is better than nothing.

The location was very close to the wedding we attended so very convenient. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The tile near the shower was a little dingy but that would not keep me from staying there again.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

This was a quick overnight stop while traveling and was picked based on cleanliness and staff ratings, location, plus a last minute price deal. The carpet in our room was dirty and musty. Smelled like smoke, too. Had a hard time sleeping due to the smell. The bathroom and rest of the room seemed clean and this rating would be much better if the carpet and smell weren’t an issue.
