All staff were exceptional except your gm...doug. He can definitely use customer service training of any sort. If he could borrow some smiles amd kindness from his staff that would help him out. Does he always look and act miserable? Is he always this unhappy? That's not healthy nor presents good "Customer Service"... kudos to the rest of the staff!!! Great customer service goes a long way....you just never know who is present and watching...

The price

The ice and vending machines on my floor did not work. The power cord from the T V was unplugged. Even though I put my checkout time as 11am, housekeeping was knocking on my door at 10am. The indicator lights in the elevator didn't work. A little uncomfortable for someone who doesn't like elevators.
