Overall this hotel is very good for the price paid, cleanliness was excellent and the bed was comfortable. One point I have to make is that in the description of the hotel it says there are safety deposit boxs available in reception, this is no longer the reality. The desk staff did apologise for the safety deposit box's not being available.

Far away from town but charging in town piices. Plus the reviews are inaccurate. It got ovérall 7.5 stars for a4 possibly 5 property
Property was very clean. The breakfast area was very small so many guests found there was no tables available to have the continental breakfast. We stayed 3 nights bit were very disappointed to find that we had to make our own beds, find clean towels etc. As the maid did not come to clean.other than our stay was ok.
Excellent location with short drive to Grand Ole Opry and downtown Nashville. Great helpful staff. Room spotless and fantastic housekeeping service. Lovely clean pool which was very welcome after day in heat wandering in Nashville! Highly recommend staying here
Very comfortable beds breakfast ok. Free parking is a bonus. Quick to the city centre. Lots to eat around. Very good.
Upon checking in on 08/31/24 the desk clerk was very dry and unfriendly but checking out on 09/02/04 that desk clerk was very friendly and appreciative. The breakfast needs some improvements, but the beds were very comfortable, and I was overall pleased with my stay.
Needs a little maintenance but it was quiet and comfortable. Lots of parking and easy drive to attractions.
Excellent customer service and a good overall experience.
Nice hotel. Well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is we got double charged for all the rooms but they fixed it for us.
